So much of the world still decides who gets a seat at the table, and for women, especially women of colour, that's rarely something we're just handed. So we built our own. This is a room where you get to be celebrated instead of proving yourself. Seen instead of explaining yourself.

Her Impact is a Melbourne-based platform sitting at the intersection of community, events and media. We create spaces where women of colour and ambitious women can be seen, celebrated and connected to the conversations, people and opportunities that help them grow.

Through curated events, signature dinners,  workshops, powerful conversations, and storytelling, we bring women together to talk honestly about money, business, power, access and what it really takes to build something that lasts.

We help women expand their networks, increase their visibility, access new opportunities and learn from women who are building, leading and creating change.

Honestly, it is the room so many of us needed in Australia but could not find.

So we created it.
